ROLLER SHADES

Melody's offers custom roller shades in dozens of patterns and colors, in fabric and vinyl, as well as Sheerweave Sun Control, which come with a range of openness factors to give you control over both light and privacy.

We use a beaded chain lift system from RollEase, allowing you to easily raise and lower your shades and set them exactly where you want them to stay. Choose from several decorative hems, and even choose a motorized roller shade ... especially useful in hard-to-reach locations!

​If you want even more control over light and look, consider the Double Roller Shade from Coulisse. With two layers of fabric, you can alter how much light enters your room at any time, which can have a big impact on design elements as well.

DECORATIVE VALANCE SYSTEMS
​Cassette Valance

• Cassette may be wrapped with fabric for a finished look, though the sides will not be covered.
• If aesthetic consistency is preferred, please request the same size cassette for all shades.
• Painted finishes available: white, black, aluminum and dark bronze.
• Heavy fabrics may require the large cassette be used for longer length shades.

Fascia Valance

•    Completely conceals shade roller from bottom and front view.
•    Ideal for contemporary or commercial applications.
•    Will accommodate heavy fabrics, i.e., screens and blackouts.
•    Painted finishes available: white, black, aluminum and dark bronze.
•    Fascia 4” height – depth 2 13/16” aluminum.

Dual Roller Shades (Blackout & Transparent)
​Dual roller shades give you several options for controlling sunlight and privacy by giving you two shades in one. Use one, the other, or both at the same time according to your needs.

Motorized Option
As with many of our window treatments, you can choose to have our roller shades with a motorized head rail. This will raise and lower your shades with a single or five channel portable remote control or wall unit. This isn't just convenient in any room -- it's also a perfect option for windows that are difficult to reach. They can even be programmed for opening and closing at certain hours of the day.
